Covid-19 Update

Thanks to the widespread availability and effectiveness of vaccines and booster shots, data shows our facilities and communities continue to have low rates of severe disease from COVID-19.
In light of this, masks will be optional for patients, visitors and employees.

Anyone wishing to wear a mask is encouraged to do so.

COVID-19 will be with us for the foreseeable future, much like other respiratory infections such as the flu and common cold. Each of us must determine how we will move forward based on our own personal risk and preference. We want you to know that, as always, your health comes first. Each individual situation is different, and we respect the decisions you make for your own health and well-being.
Our COVID-19 Task Force and leaders will continue to review guidance related to COVID-19 and adjust our policies to ensure that we are creating a safe environment for all.

Please remain aware of your personal health status and monitor yourself for the following COVID-19 symptoms before coming to the Center for your appointment:

· Fever or chills
· Cough
· Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
· Fatigue
· Muscle or body aches
· Headache
· New loss of taste or smell
